Great location, very closes to all attractions, like Chinatown, St Catherine street, metro station..easy walk to old Montreal and other attractions
couple of ssues we observed, they have one elevator working and used by hotel staff and residents. This causes long wait time for elevator.
The restaurant tables were sticky. They should clean them. We had observed this couple of days.
Given busy weekend, they were under staffed.

Overall the hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The decor was eclectic but fairly charming in a quaint sort of way. The staff especially MATEO AND RITA from housekeeping were awesome and kind and made the stay excellent. The breakfast was very mediocre.
