"Check in was terrible, the rep who greeted us was rude and not attentive at all. He gave is a room that was completely dirty and not fixed or ready for check in. The bed was a mess, coffee and food on the floor, apparently was never cleaned after check out but was given to us. When we came back down stairs to complain and let them know, we were told to wait and were waiting for almost 30 minutes until the manager came to help us. They gave us a new room and he “upgraded” us to a closer room instead of us walking another 15 minutes again to where the original room was. The new room was not much better, bathroom looked dirtyand the tv stand was full of dust. This was our 20th anniversary very quick getaway weekend and by the time we got to go to the room it was almost 2 hours after arrival. It was a very unpleasant and unnecessary experience. Don’t believe we will be returning or recommending. "

"I didn't appreciate walking in the room and finding an empty bottle of lotion from previous occupants and tge toilet had remnants of someone's excrement along with yellow stains that came up easily on the base of the toilet which I felt was urine."

"Check in took longer and stressful, long lines and none of the online check was working. There should be same lift or elevator for all floors but for each floor we have to take different elevators. That was not comfortable at all. "

"What I don’t like is they don’t have check in kiosks the check in line is horribly long and they don’t advertise all there restaurants on the web site etc you think you only have 3 to 4 places to eat in there until you go and realize it’s plenty of food options otherwise it’s a beautiful casino and has the best hotel gym i ever been to spa was nice rooms was cool"

"I had Alittle trouble with the room and the parking is terrible parking lot tight and it’s very hard to find somewhere to park, overall it’s a nice and clean hotel l. The bakery food was not fresh at all"

"Very disappointed with my stay here at the Clarion. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. Checkout was a joke. I waited to hand in my key cards and my parking pass and the attendant was on the phone and waved me off and did nothing. If I’m charged for anything other than a regular checkout, I will be very angry. The guest staying nearby weren’t loud and obnoxious at all hours and nothing was done. The breakfast was very poor. It was not a comfortable stay at all and I will not be back."
