"I had a wonderful 2 nights at this property. The grounds are especially nice as they are like the hotel name describes -Gardens where there are multiple choices to relax. The staff is especially amazing and always available to assist and made my stay so comfortable. I especially want to thank Hillary, Lillian, Sara, Oliver and Sylvia for going out of their way for me. "This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room.
