"Our stay was satisfactory overall. Initially a problem with payment as the lady couldn’t confirm I already paid so charged me again. I was refunded in the morning and a very gracious apology. Staff were brilliant, food was excellent. Bed was really comfortable but the room was really hot, no air con or fan to help. The pool and sauna/steam room was great. "

"The room was beautiful and a great size. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant though mine (beef brisket) was dry and overcooked. Allergies were really well accommodated though which was appreciated! The thermal suites, pool and gym are all well-equipped and very clean. I booked a 30 minute massage, the therapist was lovely and I enjoyed it but it was only 20 minutes of massage time because she was late bringing me from the waiting room and for the first few minutes there's a "consult" where they...
