"We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn’t get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!"

"El hotel es hermoso y acojedor, tiene todo lo que necesitamos para relajarnos y pasar unos dias increibles , todos los empleados fueron muy atentos y educados y Efectivamente el mapache forma parte del hotel como en los otros comentarios, pero no afecto en nada, para nosotros fue parte de la naturaleza . Sin duda alguna volveria a regresar en otra temporada."

"The location was great, it’s inside Tulum national park. I understand that the beach is pretty much unsuable because of the seaweeds (I go to tulum every year since 2023 and the last time the beach was swimable was 2023). I know we can’t do anything about how nature decides to dump all the seaweeds in tulum but I’d appreciate if they make there pool clean and swimable. We ended up transferring to another resort but I got to give all the staff credit they were all nice and helpful. The food was really top notch and amazing."
