"Our stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also perfect for what we had planned. We would have given this a five-star review, but the room was missing a refrigerator, which was a significant inconvenience during our stay. If a mini-fridge had been available, it would have been a perfect experience."

"3rd summer in a row visiting Palenque and this is our to go hotel, staff is always nice, friendly and respectful. We did have a small leak due to heavy rain but we are not super picky guests. Just hope they cleaned the pool tiles."
