"Hotel was very nice and very clean and well layed out rooms. But the beds are horrible! Will not stay at this hotel again for the lack of comfort."

"This has been the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! Very clean, lovely decor, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! We ended up getting supper later in the evening and I spilled rice on the floor and asked the gal working, Sara, if I could get a vacuum to clean it up. She was very nice and said she would work it out! I ended up getting it cleaned myself and let her know and she assured me that if something more was needed to let her know. We also couldn't get a few sets of keys to work and the gentleman that came up to fix it was great! Got it fixed and we had no more issues!! We WILL stay here again if in the area!! Thank you so much!! Oh, and breakfast was so good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"everything was clean and it is walkable to stores, sights, and public transportation. they give you a credit for food or drink to use and it was difficult to use. I tried to use between bar and the little store, but they wouldn’t let me do several dollars were just left unused."

"The hotel itself was great, and the staff was wonderful. However, the parking lot appeared to have a large number of homeless individuals staying there, which made the experience less comfortable. We also received a parking ticket on our last night, despite providing our license plate number to the front desk upon check-in. We were told the ticket should be cleared, but it was unclear why it was issued in the first place."

"Great location. Nice, clean facility and helpful staff. Parking caused anxiety but do not be concerned. Not an issue at all. Huge affordable parking directly across street that is even connected by Skywalk. Highly recommend property. Fantastic location at reasonable prices."
