"One of the best stays in the whole of Japan. The staff were so helpful, from the first step into the property they treat you like a 5* guest. Checkin was super simple, and they even do bookings on your behalf. Access to the station is next door, and the bus stops and trams are just outside. You get a free gift for your stay from a shop in Amu plaza just downstairs. Breakfast had a variety of Japanese and western. Everything felt like luxury. We would return in a heartbeat.
