"Nice cabin hotel "

"I called the night before my arrival and was told that I would have to walk from the bus station to the hotel. It was not easy as uphill and I had two bags. When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). Electric sockets in hotel were not...

"Hotel had everything. We stayed in the end of April. Had a pool ans sauna to use as we wanted. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Been in switzerland for 7 days and it was everyones favorite place so far"

"Once again, our stay at the Belvedere Strand Hotel in Spiez was beyond top class. Meals were exquisite, restaurant staff delightful, attentive & informative. Reception staff went above and beyond to help us out in a difficulty & always greeted us with a smile. The grounds were delightful and the views to the castle & harbour a joy to behold. "Great location. We didn’t have chance to use the spa but the bag of spa treats in our room were a lovely touch if we had. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING, probably the best food of our two week trip (get the pork!)"
