"May be we were the unlucky ones as our flight arrived late but help would have been appreciated. The room pic shown make property look quite big . Actually it is just one room with a kitchenette on one side. The building we were supposed to be in was not marked. Email and whatsapp instructions wer good and detail. "An sich keine schlechte Unterkunft, jedoch habe ich nie eine Antwort vom Support auf meine Frage per WhatsApp oder Expedia bekommen. (Vorallem problematisch beim check-in, da der Eingang zur Wohnung sehr versteckt ist und beim ersten Mal sehr schwer zu finden ist). Die Nachrichten in Expedia wurden auch nur als komischer Link präsentiert und man konnte sie nur über das Mail Postfach lesen, aber nie die Expedia App nutzen. Zimmer wirkt auf dem Bild auch viel größer als in Wirklichkeit....

"A historic building with beautiful large rooms and convenient location , great access to public transport and taxis and safe locality . The nearby Palace of Culture and Science museum is just opposite and affords great views ( plus shopping malls with a Carrefour hypermarket in basement ) . Numerous good dining options are nearby as well as inside the hotel . The Old Town is just a 10 minute ride away by taxi and its within walking distance to the Communist Museum ( Muzeum Życia w PRL) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Breakfast had a good selection of continental and polish offerings. Definitely a place I would recommend and stay when visiting Warsaw again . We had a relaxing weekend break ."
