"The breakfast was absolutely delicious—fresh, tasty, and a wonderful way to start the day! The bedroom was also spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service.
Even the off-site swimming pool is worthy to go with a small amount taxi fee for a family. Highly recommended!"

"Room very comfortable, food was fabulous. No staff at night. Unable to find contact number when needed, suggest it is put on reverse of room door. No information in guest guide for the spa. 5 minute drive away Also information to include cost of towel hire and padlock for lockers. No information of therapies or costs"

"First impressions were good.
Room & bathroom clean.
Got very warm during the night even though there was no heating on.
Shame the main dining room wasn't open on Monday/Tuesday it looked a better menu choice than the brasserie.
Overall staff were polite but the attitude during breakfast was generally unattentive & brusk.
Would I go back? Probably"
"I needed somewhere to stay close to a festival venue and Newby Bridge Hotel fitted the brief.
The staff on reception desk were helpful and welcoming.
The main hotel building shows signs of age and wear and tear in the corridors but the bedroom itself was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast experience was a bit hit and miss - even before halfway through service things were running out and not replaced quickly. Staff were obviously working hard but the dining room was busy: there was also debris on the floor and tables not cleared quickly.
Food was good and when dishes were replenished there was a good selection of cereals and continental style options as well as cooked items.
Parking was a bit of an issue - perhaps the bays could be repainted to help clarify where 'double' rows are and assist with guests parking considerately and ensuring everyone is accommodated.
I would however use this hotel again."
"Was told restaurant was open for people with dogs when we booked but it was not.
Only limited bar menu available and only until 8pm.
We were forced to go elsewhere"
Beachside Cottage Idyllic Situation, Stunning Views Over Morecambe Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Had an absolutely lovely stay here with my family of 4. Both my kids have asked to return. The ease of stepping out into the beach meant evening walks tired the kids out. The property itself is rustic but has all the amenities you need. Would highly recommend"
