"This is a sweet place to stay. The location was perfect. It is within 30 minutes of a number of wonderful antique and consignment shops. There was also a very enjoyable mini golf/fun zone nearby. The house was decorated very nicely. It has a nice fire pit down near the stream which we really enjoyed. The house was very comfortable to be in and actually quite spacious for it's size. "My guests and I found Black Bear Lodge to be very comfortable, clean, and quiet. There was an abundant supply of towels, toilet paper, and K-cup pods for the coffee machine. The gas grill on the back porch came in handy one night for dinner. During our stay, we saw a beaver, rabbits, geese and hummingbirds on the property. It is a convenient place to stay if you are planning to visit Cherry Springs State Park and Leonard Harrison State Park. My only suggestion is to supply a plastic dishpan...
