"The bar was entertaining "

"This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We traveled with our kids and the hotel felt safe and kid friendly! The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff was very professional and genuinely cared about their duties! The breakfast was great too! We will definitely be staying again! "

"So the property was nice but there were a few oddities when we compare to other facilities. The room door opens directly into the bedroom, so you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the rest of the rooms. Somewhere it mentioned they had dvd players in the rooms but there were none to be used (we called the main desk). Most facilities have a pizza pan, but again there were none (called again). They have on-site gas barbecues but there were no tongs in the rooms or alongside the BBQs."

"Older bartender unfriendly and stale. The whole hotel has lost its vibe from a few years back. Half the staff friendly and attentive, the other have doesn't want to be there. Rooms are starting to show that the Hotel probably will fail sooner than later. We have stayed at least a dozen times, sad this will likely be our last."

"We visited the Harley Davidson Museum. The stay was wonderful. Food was great! "

"Stay was ok at best. Mold all around the windows, the light for the bathroom mirror kept flashing so it looked like a rave and I had to keep the bathroom door closed at night to not be a distraction while trying to sleep. Asked room service for a turn down and the bed sheets were just bunched up under the top cover that they straightened out."

"The inside of this hotel is just breathtaking, it's like going back in time to the 1920s. Loved all the subtle restored elements and consistency to tie in the restoration, even in the room itself. "
