"The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable bed. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. Breakfast was ok could have used better quality ingredients such as real eggs for scrambled eggs rather than powdered. Offer wholemeal bread."

"Friendly checkin, rooms were just OK for a budget hotel. Definitely not 4 star standard. Hotel in general needs a bit of a spruce up! Excellent location and free breakfast, we would use again but I think no better that a newer Premier Inn."

"The hotel was overall excellent — great location just 10 minutes from the centre, very clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. All of this at a very good price. It would have been a 5‑star stay, except for the check‑in experience. The lady at reception was extremely rude; my interaction with her was brief, but she was making several guests visibly uncomfortable."

"I don’t complain about much but don’t charge for a late fee when I’ve tried to call you numerous times on a broken phone & additionally don’t charge me with full knowledge that I’ve paid for a junior suite with a tv that doesn’t function for a 2 day stay. Other than that amazing location and amazing staff & amenities overall stay very very good would recommend other than that one personal issue"
