"My daughter and I needed 2 beds during our stay. The website photos looked great. First night we were creeped out by our “bad dorm room” vibe and the next morning asked to be moved to a different room or cancel our reservation. They were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Can’t say enough about the staff. We were moved to the 10th floor from the 5th (our first room looked out directly into the faces of the construction workers across the street and it was LOUD - even for NYC). The new room was quiet and lovely and exactly like the cheerful room on the website. Would absolutely stay here again."
