"What a pleasure to make the Quartier our home away from home on our trip to Quebec. Staff was pleasantly helpful, our room was luxurious and comfortable. Parking was simple and abundant, a plus in the middle of a very busy city during peak tourist season. The only cons I can mention are that there was no grab bar in the slippery shower/bath. And the "hot" breakfast, while ample was at best lukewarm. "

"Great location for exploring Vieux Quebec! Young man who checked us in was very charming and helpful. We are from the states and were concerned there could be a language barrier...not an issue. Everyone was super friendly. There are a couple issues that come with historic properties (no elevator, uneven stairs, tight parking), but they are to be expected and the property is worth the effort. Lovely!"

"Our view was of another building and the hallways and room were dark. The wine dispenser was a nice feature but it wasn’t working. Hot tubs were nice but were ones you’d find in someone’s backyard. Otherwise, hotel was fantastic!! "
