"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. "We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"We had an excellent stay at Fiesta Americana. We visit often and this in now our new favorite hotel. Service was excellent from the front desk to the pool waiter. Special thanks to Miguel, Jose, Manuel, Ruby, Gabriel & Christian. What really pleased us is when my son had an earache we were going to take a taxi to the pharmacy, they called the pharmacy themselves, ordered the medication for us, and had it delivered to the hotel within 45 minutes! We were very appreciative. They took great care of us. Food is delicious and so were the drinks. Upgrading to a room with a private pool is well worth it. Only negative is no beach to walk into the ocean, it’s still a beautiful view though with being able to snorkel and jump right into the ocean. "

"Spacious Condo. Good a/c, well stocked kitchen, convenient laundry room, fluffy towels, excellent closet and storage spaces, plenty of outlets for charging things, helpful on-site property manager, tasty chef cooked meal, good showers - shampoo, conditioner, bar soap supplied. Plenty of beach towels, water bottles, filtered water, even frosty mugs in the freezer. Lovely views. Super responsive owners. An enjoyable stay!"

"The property is spacious and clean. Amenities included reliable wifi and ac which made the stay comfortable. The buildings are structured in a way that you have an amazing view of the ocean regardless of which unit is booked. The private beach and pool were top tier. If snorkeling is what excites you, there's plenty to see right there on the property. Proximity to beach clubs make it easy to socialize and book other excursions. It's so very convenient and beautiful. We recommend this to everyone wanting a peaceful stay, activities, and unmatched views. "
