The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. Our visit was incredible. The staff hospitality is unparalleled to any resort we've ever visited. Excursions are included daily, which is an amazing way to experience all the exciting things the island has to offer. From driving around the entire island in a buggy with strangers who are now friends, to snorkeling El Cielo and seeing all the marine life. We loved our servers and all dining options, and the resort offers a day bed and seating option directly over the water where you can jump in an snorkel immediately. We can't wait to come back

Staying at the Explorean was very relaxing loved the restaurant and bar area with option to use Fiesta Americana pools and restaurants. The staff at The Explorean & Fiesta Americana were all amazing. I would recommend staying here it was a wonderful experience. The included excursions were great. We went on 3. The excursion team Nestor and Daniel were fantastic. They made our day. Rooms were very clean housekeeping did a great job. The grounds were very pretty. We would return for another stay.

This was our second time staying at the Explorean Cozumel. We loved the entire resort. This time around we were excited that the pool had been redone. But the staff are amazing, Luis, Edwin, Gabriel to name a few. The truly made our stay wonderful. room are perfect and the serene atmosphere of the resort is perfect. Can't wait to go back again.

Best thing about the resort is the staff. They are friendly and courteous. Loved having the excursions included. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Food experience was excellent. It is nice to have access to the adjacent resort as most restaurants are on that side, you access the beach by the other property, and the pool is bigger there. It would be nice if Explorean was adults-only. Still an enjoyable vacation overall.

Staff was amazing! Food was amazing! Stunning views! But, the place is dangerous. Too many steps and different levels and booby traps. I don't drink and I got injured multiple times. Unsteady rails. My daughter grabbed a rail and fell into the jungle. We told the Management about our injuries and they said, I'm sorry and made no effort to fix any of the problems.

Food and drinks are really good. Everyone is friendly. The excursions were the best part of the stay. Only problem was we didn't have hot/warm water in our room for 4 days. We had mentioned it several times, however it took finding a manager and physically bringing him to the room to prove how cold the water was. They finally fixed it. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience so that was a little disappointing.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort. We loved the atmosphere of the resort, it was so pretty, peaceful and quiet. The service and food was wonderful. The "sales" guy (timeshare) was a little annoying but when he realized we weren't interested he left us alone. That was the only downside was checking in and forced to talk to the "sales' guy right away.

Staying here was the best of both worlds… a super calm & relaxing jungle oasis to return to… but being able to go over to F.A for entertainment/kids club & the ocean vibe was awesome! Food was great, service was fabulous. The all inclusive excursions were so fun, especially the snorkelling boat trip! We loved our 8 nights here… we didn’t want to leave!

What is the best there are wonderful staff especially Arturo supervising that everyone is cared for and Jose at fish restaurant is always working hard to get everyone what we want! Chef Carlos and Nick did a great job for very special meals at Italian restaurant!!
