"Wonderful relaxing hotel with nature and excelent services. Distant from city center, not easy to drive with difficult road, but worth it every penny."

"Muito bom. Chalé grande e limpo. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis e lareira cria um charme ainda maior( basta solicitar que seja acesa e um funcionário vai até o quarto). Funcionários muito solícitos e dispostos a fornecer o melhor serviço possível. Massagem realizada pela Luciana muito boa. Restaurante muito bom. "From courteous and attentive staff to the clean and beautiful rooms and location; the hotel was great!"

"Everything considered, it was a very very good place to stay for 3 nights. My only small complaint is that the place is kind of in the middle of nowhere, and outside of the hotel itself, there is little or nothing to do."

"Fantastic forest setting, with amazing outdoor rooms, offering gaming rooms, sauna, gym, trails, chapel, swimming pool and breathtaking views. Rooms with fireplace, jacuzzi, varanda facing the forests, and mountain views all-around. Great restaurant and staff, who will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome."

"Great location, charming hotel."

"Quarto limpo e cama boa. Está em reforma. Não tem recepção. Sem estrutura de atendimento."

" There's a great deal of construction going on here, but the hotel itself is wonderful. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the service and the accommodations to the overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we truly enjoyed our experience. The only area that could definitely be improved is the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection and quality did not match the excellent standard of the rest of the hotel. With a better breakfast, this would be an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay...

"Breakfast is amazing. It has plenty of options. Besides, the staff provides the best experience ever during the service. Just be cautious regarding the road to the inn. It needs special attention, and it needs improvement."
