The location of the hotel is close to the downtown, the front desk was very polite and she was nice, the room didn't have central a/c for each room, the ac is controlled by management. So i didn't like that, the room size is ok, not that spacious for 4 people but I guess you are in Europe.
Overall is a ok hotel for the money you pay.

Proximity to airport and city centre. Reception staff were very helpful.

Staff was excellent: very friendly and helpful; bed was comfy; room was nicely appointed, clean, stylish; restaurant was very good. Overall excellent experience.

Great staff and a fabulous location. We also enjoyed the bar/cafe area for a light meal and a drink after a long sightseeing day.

Stylish, comfortable and very clean throughout. All the staff were friendly and breakfast and other meals in the Kram Bar very enjoyable. Conveniently located close to bars and shopping centre, Metro underground and main parkland and just a short walk to historic centre.
