The only good thing I like was the location . Terrible service at front desk . Room with balcony that you cannot close the door , no safety box, and when you take a bath all the water was draining out because of bad design and poor curtains .

Internet was poor.
The good thing was paying a refundable deposit for the lock to the safe but needed to ask about it.
Location of hotel near metro and a good shopping centre as well as being close to one of the tour buses stops.

Room was very comfortable, and had a great view.
Breakfast was excellent
Staff very pleasant
Toiletries and towels below standard for 4*
Please leave free bottled water in room for guests. Advised not to drink tap water in Spain, so it's essential guests have access to free drinking water in their rooms.

WiFi is poor and irritatingly you have login every 2hours
air con is a bit temperament
