The location is nice and so is the lobby. However the room way below the expectations. It iwas depressing to stayin the room. I reserved suite but it was represneting any suite I have ever been to. The view was ugly to the level we closed the curtain to avoid looking at it.The room seemed old and no one stayed there for a long time. The staff tried to help me by offfering another room. However, the suggested room was similar to ours. Therefore, there was no point of moving to this room.

Perfect location, helpful staff. Only improvement would be to have hot water for the hot drinks at breakfast and for the hot food to actually be hot. It was like warm at best.

Great hotel....lovely varied breakfast. Staff mostly friendly. Such a great position....everything in walking distance.

The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good. There is only one small outdoor pool. Spa needs extra money
