Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautifully decorated and very clean. A really lovely hotel.

Good access to old Town, very crisp and clean. It's one downside is being on a busy and somewhat noisy main road.

A great place to stay in a beautiful city
Posted 24 Sep 2019 on HotelsVery pleasant hotel in a good central location. Five minutes' walk from the Cathedral, Corte Ingles, Plaza del Ayuntamiento etc. Super efficient and friendly staff. The only difficulty we had was the wardrobe door which jammed against the chest of drawers. However we pointed this out at checkout so hopefully will have now been fixed! Will definitely return here if possible.

Great location. Walking distance to the Cathedral and the old town. A great running path is within blocks. The staff is great. The rooms are small but clean and modern.

Great location and beautiful room with terrace. Staff were excellent and informative. More options for evening meals at the bar could improve it but there are many places to eat close by so hardly a great problem overall despite the weather which is not the fault of this hotel we had a very enjoyable 4 days 👍

Alejandro at the Front Desk reception was exceptional. As were the bar/restaurant staff. Pablo (?) was always so friendly. We will look for other VINCCI hotels to stay at! Room lighting was very nice and we noticed some very practical design features in the room, esp the bathroom. Good strong shower!
