Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia as it is less than 5 minutes from the seafront promenade, with bus and tram stop just a few metres away and very close to the Polytechnic University.

Bright apartment located in El Cabanyal, 250 metres walking from the east-facing beach, which allows you to enjoy relaxation due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and, at the same time, given its closeness to the La Malvarrosa neighbourhood and universities, it has all the services such as: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and leisure venues.



The 50 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

-Spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofa, smart TV-HD, rectangular table for 2 people, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning with large windows.

-Modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, mini-fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, water kettle and all necessary household utensils for cooking.

- Spacious main bedroom with double bed 150x200 cms, mirror, open wardrobe, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, with large windows overlooking the neighbourhood.

- Second room with bunk bed type 90x190 cm, mirror, stool and open wardrobe.

- Accessible bathroom equipped with comfortable ground-level shower with grab handle, spacious washbasin, wc, emergency pull cord and mirror.

- Interior patio where the clothes drying rack is located.



It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchen utensils: (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and a 1.5l mineral water bottle.

Great place to stay a Valencia close to the beach

Clean new renovated apartment very close to the beach. Great location and value for your money! Service was very good and things that we missed were resolved very quickly by the staff. The only thing that we missed were things like a place in the bathroom to hang the towels and a dish cloth. Other than that our stay was wonderful.
