Flats Friends Tetuan is a Loft that combines modern decor with original beamed ceilings and exposed stone and brick walls. It is fully furnished to accommodate 2 people with a double bed open to the living room, cotton sheets and towels, a modern kitchen and bathroom with shower.



When you feel like going out, you are 5 minutes walking from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan de Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!



The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.

Superb studio appartement in the heart of Valencia Ciutat Vella with all necessaire amenities for 2

Location, of appt, interior of studio, all clean and in good condition. Bed and pillows are good quality, clean and good towels. Heating unit in bathroom, was pretty gold in the mornings. One disadvantage: the appartement is opposite a Chinese kitchen, with noise till late in the night. Even with the Windows closed we could hear it, but not too big of an issue for us, since we were so tired after visiting Valencia.

Muy bueno

El apartamento está muy limpio y está equipado con todo lo necesario. La calefacción es muy buena y es muy céntrico. Tanto check-in y el check-out son muy prácticos y agiliza la instalación de quien vaya a ir.

- Buena estancia, pero hay dispositivos dentro de la casa que no funcionan adecuadamente: • Secador: Al encenderlo y pulsar iba a ráfagas acompañado de un ruido extraño. • Aire acondicionado: Funcionaba pero los filtros están sucios o algo similar porque el aire que debía expulsar era insuficiente para el aire que podía salir. • Caja de registro: La primera vez que fui a abrirlo fui incapaz. Poniendo el código que me dais en el correo tuve que llamar a un vecino, tanto el primer día, como el último para depositar la llave. • Sartenes: Las sartenes estaban muy desgastadas, se puede ver en la parte trasera. • Tirador de WC: El WC funcionaba bien pero al "tirar de la cadena" (por decirlo de alguna manera) el botón solamente funcionaba si se colaba en el centro. - El estudio es adecuado, pero le añadiría un lavavajillas y una lavadora.

Cosy apartment close to all hot spots

Cosy, spacious and clean apartement, nicely decorated and perfect for two persons. Very comfortable bed, good illumination. Spacious bathroom. Very central location, most touristic attractions can be reached within a few minutes of walk. Small quiet street. The hairdryer should be replaced (doesn't work and smells burnt). The bidet leaks.
