Very spacious and clean appartment. Located near a metro stop for easy access into the centre/science park. The reception staff were very helpful and responded to our emails very quickly. There could have been another sofa in the lounge area and a few more chairs at the dining table (there were only four (appartment slept 8!)

One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage. No way to find parking space at least during our 2 night stay. So don’t drive if you can.

NOT WHAT IT SAYS IT IS!!! LOCATION was horrible, the “city view” is just a building. Horrible customer service. Our sinks were clogged, we had 5 people sharing one washroom. The receptionist was TERRIBLE. Incredibly rude saying things like “it’s not my fault I’m not responsible”. We asked for the manager and apparently he was “too busy” to speak with us. The receptionist refused to give us her name when asked. She was tall, short hair, with glasses. Please, I beg you, don’t make the same mistake we did.
