The staff was very good and helpful. They even found my watch which was misplaced in the room. The hotel is close to the tourist sites via bus. The staff even helped us with the routes to take and gave us the required maps. The hotel is about a 7 min walk from Amistat metro station. The hotel was also close to a church where we went for mass in the evenings. The wifi and AC worked perfectly. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Did not have the time to taste their reputed breakfast.

The location is great, there is a grocery store, a bike path and restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and shared interesting information. I stayed here for 2 nights, and unfortunately, the first night was not good. I was in a room with a window overlooking a small, dark space, which wasn't so bad, but there was such a bad smell coming from the bed that it woke me up repeatedly. I had only a floor towel (which I noticed only when I came out of the shower), and I also found socks behind the fridge while trying to see if I could plug the fridge back in. The second night, I was fortunate to get another room, which was as if I had changed hotels. It had windows, the sun came in, and it smelled good. The breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of fruit, good coffee and nice staff.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Amenities

The fact that it was a bit far from the center wasn't a problem at all. We walked everywhere, including the center and the beach, and the location is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the price is reasonable.
