Agréable pour un court séjour

Etablissement très correct pour un court séjour. La chambre est assez spacieuse et l'emplacement pas très loin du centre en bus et des plages en tram a rendu le séjour agréable. Aussi, bien que très fréquenté par les touristes, l'établissement est très calme la nuit. Petit bémol sur l'emplacement de ma chambre : elle était assez sombre avec une petite fenêtre qui donnait sur l'immeuble d'en face et l'air conditionné fonctionnait un peu trop fort à mon goût. Dans l'ensemble, je recommande.

Super séjour! Mais ne convient pas à tout le monde

Très bon séjour dans cette résidence étudiante qui propose quelques studios en guise d’hôtel. La chambre était impeccable, cuisine très pratique et la clim était bienvenue en cette période de forte chaleur. Le personnel à la réception est serviable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et la salle de sport. Un sèche-cheveux nous a été prêté sur demande et on a pu déposer nos bagages avant le Check in à 16h. Bien desservi, centre ville à pieds. Cependant je pense qu’il y a quelques points négatifs et améliorations à faire. La piscine est assez petite et peu profonde, l’eau arrive à la taille, ne comptez pas sur elle pour faire des longueurs. Dans la cuisine, certes l’équipement est complet et neuf mais il manquait des essentiels alimentaires comme du sel, poivre, sucre, huile… Le personnel de ménage passe sans prévenir, on nous indique qu’ils passent uniquement tous les 4 jours (sur un séjour de 3 nuits, on ne s’attend pas à les voir) mais finalement nous nous sommes rendues compte qu’ils venaient vider les poubelle quasi tous les jours. Et dernièrement, l’accueil a très peu accès aux réservations, nous avons voulu prolonger notre séjour à cause d’un vol annulé et c’était assez contraignant entre les échanges sur WhatsApp avec le siège en dehors de Valence et les aller retour à l’accueil. Dans l’ensemble je recommence vivement, il faut juste être avertis sur ces points qui ne sont finalement pas si dérangeants que ça en connaissance de cause.
