The architectural renovation carefully preserves the original character and timeless details of the house while introducing modern design elements that enhance natural light, comfort, and the quality of the living spaces.

    The house is located in the El Cabañal area, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and the port, and just 400 metres from the metro station, which has trains that go directly to the city centre and the airport.



    Free street parking is available. The closest areas where you can usually find a spot are Plaza Calabuig and Carrer Mariano Cuber. You may also find parking along Carrer de la Barraca and Carrer de la Reina.

The place was amazing and the area was amazing, right near the beach. Please do be aware the location is not in a very tourist area, more of a local area. But the only issue we had was checking in and checking out as we didn’t have many instructions for it!
