This property is available for short-term rentals ranging from 11 nights to 11 months. Welcome to our enchanting retreat, located near the city centre yet nestled in a peaceful and serene area come nightfall—making it the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring or work. Step into the spacious two-person bedroom, where comfort and relaxation await. What sets this room apart is its direct access to a private terrace, inviting you to embrace the serenity of the outdoors. Of course, there is a fully equipped, clean, and modern bathroom inside the accommodation. As you explore the interior, you’ll be captivated by the vibrant colours and rustic decor that adorn the living space. Rich shades of red and grey infuse the room with energy and character, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere. In the living area, there is also a couch that can be converted into a bed. (This brings the total capacity to 4 people.) The well-connected living area seamlessly transitions into the fully equipped kitchen, which has all the essential amenities you’ll need for a convenient and enjoyable stay, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Other amenities we offer include a TV, AC for heating and cooling, a washing machine/dryer combo, an iron, and a hair dryer. A deposit of 900 euros is required one week before arrival via an external link to the Guest Portal on Hostaway. The deposit will be released within a few days after your checkout. <br><br>House Rules<br>1. To gain access to the accommodation, you must complete the check-in form and add payment methods for the deposit in the Guest Portal. Once the property has been inspected for any possible damage, the deposit will be released within a few days. <br>2. The deposit may be used to cover any damage to the property, charges for unauthorised additional guests, or excessive utility usage (such as charging an electric car or leaving the air conditioner on).<br>3. Charging electric cars using the property’s electricity is not permitted.<br>4. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is by 11:00 a.m. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your arrival and departure times.<br>5. Customer service hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please ensure that you have received and understood the instructions.<br>6. Less than 7 days before arrival, it will not be possible to reduce the number of days or the number of guests in the reservation. No refund will be issued in this case.<br>7. One queen-size bed will be provided for every two people in the group; however, you may request additional beds based on the number of guests.<br>8. The duvet covers are located in the closet or in a box under the bed.<br>9. The apartments are equipped with electronic locks, which must not be tampered with. If you encounter any issues with the locks, please contact us. Otherwise, you will be charged 800 euros for any damage.<br>10. Quiet hours in the building are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.; please keep noise to a minimum during this time.<br>11. Parties are prohibited.<br>12. Pets are not allowed.<br>13. Overnight guests are not permitted; each guest will be counted as an additional person in the accommodation, and you will be charged accordingly.<br>14. The fee for an additional person is 40 euros per night per person, plus a 15% commission that may be deducted from the security deposit.<br>15. The total cleaning service fee is 80 Euros plus 15% commission.<br>16. Some consumables, such as coffee capsules (Tassimo), toilet paper, etc., are provided in limited quantities and will not be restocked; however, you can find what you need at Mercadona, Consum, etc.<br>17. If you require an invoice, please let us know before your stay ends, providing the necessary details so we can issue the invoice.<br>18. Please place trash in the trash bins on the street.<br>19.
