Singular Stays Parque Central I

Our guest will have at their disposal in the apartment one double bed, one double sofa bed, one bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with freezer, fridge, microwave, coffe maker, keetle

In addition, the loft has free wifi, air conditioning and heating and Smart TV.



The building has reception from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 18 pm. After this time, guest can pick up the tkey by themselves using an auto check in sistem. During the weekend, our guest can use our paig luggage storage based at the reception.



For our cycling customers, we offer bike parking and bicycle workshop, both completely free.



A deposit will be charged before the start of the stay.

Modern and clean apartment in a great location!

The apartment was very modern and clean, with excellent facilities. The location was fantastic. Ruzafa is a great area with lots of good restaurants etc, and only a short walk from the train, metro and the city centre.
