Very close to the apartment are the Turia Gardens, the old bed of the Turia River with more than 9km of extension. They are considered the lungs of the city, since it constitutes a true green space that runs through the city from west to east, from the Bioparc to the City of Arts and Sciences, passing through the Botanical Garden, one street from this home.
