    It consists of a spacious open layout where you’ll find a cosy relaxation area next to the living room and the bedroom, which features a large, comfortable double bed.
    Adjacent to this is a fully renovated kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

    For our guests’ comfort and convenience, you’ll find a complete and beautiful bathroom with exposed brick walls, decorated with great attention to detail.

    And what better way to enjoy the Valencia sun than by savouring delicious breakfasts and sharing good times on the spacious terrace our loft offers! We’ll make you feel right at home!

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
This property is close to the beach which is nice. The listing did not advise us that it was on the second floor so you had to lug up your bags appropriately 30 stairs in a narrow staircase. Also not very renovated. The jug is broken, the toilet drips, the lights are hanging out the ceiling and the washing machine door locks. The bed frame is very dirty and the flooring needs replacing. I feel this place is not worth the fee they are charging.
