Convenient location not far from a metro and small bakeries / restaurants. Comfortable beds. Effective air conditioning. Breakfast was boiled eggs and hot dog sausages, bread, luncheon meat, cheese slices, butter and jam. Elevator is broken. No soundproofing. You need to bring soap for the bathroom.

It is ideal for students (younger folks). Unfortunately when we were there the elevator wasn't working and so had to climb 3 floors. Luckily we were there just one night and did not have any bags. So our rating is simply based on one night and by much older age group. The room was clean but the breakfast was not that great.

La posizione del Residence Unicorn è strategica per vicinanza a stazione Metro di Patraix e fermate autobus (circa 10 minuti a piedi). La zona è ben servita da supermarket e fruttivendoli. La struttura è seminuova, i materassi sono comodi, la stanza e il bagno sono spaziosi. La colazione è spartana (pane, burro e marmellata, latte/thè/succo, e colazione salata. Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile.
