100 square meters, high ceilings of 3.10 m and 4 large windows give this apartment a feeling of space and volume. It is located on the first floor (with elevator) of a typical 4-story building in Valencia and overlooks a square in the center of Valencia.
Spacious and bright rooms that welcome you in a highly modern comfort (Broadband Wifi, cable flat screen TV with over 80 national and international channels).
Very large kitchen (20 m2) fully equipped - there is even a medicine cabinet and a sewing kit for small 'hiccups' in life :). In fact, we tried to think of everything you might need for you to have a comfortable, pleasant and safe!

Spacious apartment, centrally located

Nice clean apartment, well equipped and well located within walking distance of old city. As there were 4 adults staying there it would have been more convenient to have another toilet/shower room, but manageable.We rented bikes for our long weekend stay which was a great way to explore as the city and surrounding areas (including beaches) are well set up for cycling.The host was accommodating and we would recommend the apartment to others for the price.

Great location

The apartment was centrally located close to the city center and afforded walking distance to most sites. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the host was nice and explained everything in good detail. Would definitely recommend for any traveller visiting Valencia

Great apt and location

We were so lucky to find this gem in a truly Valencian quarter of the city- not touristy, safe, well located, easy walk or bus to the old center. In the flat all the commodities you could need for a family holiday, we had a wonderful Christmas and New Years holiday here. We will visit again for sure.

Excellent Location

The best thing is that it is not in a tourist area. Fairly close to the city centre. Possibly the best thing is the bar next door. We had a great time engaging with the locals and making new friends. Fruit shop and supermarket all within a stones throw. The beach at El Cabanyal is not too far away, and a beautiful beach it is.

Lovely apartment

This place is very well situated on a busy street about 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The shutters are so effective we were not really bothered by noise. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment has everything you would need for either a short or long stay.

Great value for price.

Great value for the price. Communication was flawless. It was cool in the apartment even without using the AC. It's just a 10 minute walk from Rusaffa with restaurants and bars. The place is fully equiped. Rooms are small and everything you need for a trip to Valencia.

Great apartment

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in lovely area within walking distance of most attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars all nearby. The Turia river bed gardens and beach are a short bus journey away. Host was very accommodating allowing us an early check in after our early flight. Having left items at the apartment on our departure, the host kindly posted these to me free of charge. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.

Excellent place to stay!

This apartment surpassed our expectations. The host Loli is super friendly, helpful, accommodating and responds very quickly. She provided a lot of helpful and useful information. The apartment is immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and there are large wardrobes for your clothes. The apartment building is quiet and located close to bus stops and subway stations. We like to walk and often it would take just as long to walk as it would to take transportation. It is very easy to get to Malvarrosa beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. There are grocery stores, fruit and vegetable stands and bakeries minutes from the flat. This apartment felt like a family vacation home and not a rental. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice place

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It is large so there was room to move around. The shower was big and the bathroom was a good size. Very nice kitchen with all the utensils. The was a problem with the air conditioner in the master bedroom. They were very responsive in trying to get it fixed. Sadly not in the short time we were there. But they are aware of the problem and I hope it is fixed for the next person. Very convenient to supermarket, coffee shops, bakery, train station and old town. We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay there next time we come to Valencia.

Real Valencia

This property is absolutely amazing. Not only is it immaculate but it is so spread out and each person staying there has his or her own privacy and beautiful room. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and the linens were so crisp, cool and clean and smelled divine. The living area is spacious and looks out in these wonderful windows and doors and the dining area is beautiful as well. The kitchen is inviting and has everything you could ask for And the bathroom is larger than I thought it was going to be. It was very nice. lots of hot water and no problems with maintenance in anyway. The VRBO is in a very safe neighborhood, with lots of nice neighbors and fun places to walk. There is a market right around the corner and there’s a pastry shop right around the corner and there are several local bars right around the corner. It was truly of Valencia stay as a real Spanish vacation. The owner and operator is very open and in contact constantly, and we had no problems whatsoever. If you want to get a taste of real Spain and a beautiful area, this is the place. Transportation using the bus or Metro or Ubers or taxis is very easy. We cannot wait to return to this beautiful gem in Valencia.

What a lovely Flat in a beautiful city

We were in Valencia for the first time and looked for an apartment for a while and found one at Loli's. The apartment is super nice, as everyone else has already described. There were 5 of us in the family from Berlin and we felt very comfortable. The check-in time could be arranged individually with Roberto (Loli's very nice employee). Loli often asked via WhatsApp whether we had arrived safely in Valencia. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. The apartment is on the 1st floor above a bar (cafeteria). We are night owls and the bar doesn't bother us, the noise is normal. The living room has air conditioning (you have to empty the condensate if you use the system a lot - but it's not a problem at all), the kitchen is big, and you can also sit comfortably in the living room. In the chamber there is a parasol for the beach, a vacuum cleaner and an iron - everything you need! We felt like home. After we left, we forgot our phone charger in the apartment and Roberto sent it back to us to Berlin. Valencia is a very beautiful city and we can highly recommend Loli's apartment. The location is perfect!! All the best to Loli and Roberto. Thank you so much for the wonderful time in Valencia.

Fantastic

Wonderful, spacious apartment. Great neighborhood about a mile walk from the busier, more touristy part of the city. Coffee shops and markets close by. Me and my two friends absolutely loved it!!!
