Surprised at the abrupt and unfriendly welcome. No patience to explain to non-French speaking guest what she just said. Very unpleasant.
Room is small as is bathroom. Only a rather heavy comforter and no top sheet. Either too hot or too cold.

Très déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était ...
