"Great location, check-in process, and communication was very goodThe unit wasn’t really a one bedroom. It was more of a studio that had a very old AC window unit that struggled to keep the unit coolThe furniture and amenities were very old and dated. The pool area was nice but again very worn."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 9 people that enjoyed the beach house at Kailua. Everyone loved the property with it’s separate cottage and main house, good size yard and patio, and even had a sitting deck out by the beach that didn’t require you to get sand on your feet to enjoy. All in all we would give this property a 9.9. The only thing that could make this property better is a pool, but with the ocean right out front who needs a pool. The property management team was top notch to work with and prompt in responding to questions. We had a great time and will definitely be returning."

"Nice oceanfront getaway for a couple! Tom and Lucinda were excellent and responsive hosts. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views, nice breeze, and we loved listening to the ocean. Pool is beautiful! Close to local beaches. Kalama Beach was our favorite!"
