"L'hotel dispone di una buona struttura con potenzialità, anche se vari aspetti lasciano intuire che negli ultimi anni non sono stati effettuati gli interventi necessari per mantenerla agli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un quattro stelle. Questo aspetto sarebbe - temporaneamente - accettabile a fronte di un servizio particolarmente attento e curato. Purtroppo il personale è apparso talvolta poco esperto e anche poco guidato."
