Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. The palazzo dei fiori was very roomy, clean, and the communication was very good. Good mattresses allowed us to sleep well. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and excursions. The room was stocked with refreshments, fresh fruit, snacks, and coffee. We could hear musicians practicing classical music and opera singers singing in the distance. At first I was not certain, but the following evening, we found out that the palazzo de Musica opera was next door where we were delighted by the operatic story of la traviata and a glass of champagne. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
