"The hotel in itself is a beautiful hotel, facilities were fine, room was clean and all amenities provided. It should be noted that this hotel sits in the heart of the city and within walking distance as you exit the hotel, there are homeless people everywhere doing drugs, it smells like urine and its just dirty so be mindful of your surroundings especially if you travel with kids. Parking is also $80/nightly and valet only. Its also very noisy even on the 29th floor you hear all the emergency vehicles all night."

"Decent hotel in a very convent location for many downtown SF attractions. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to the Tenderloin and Polk street actions. Customer Service was nice and average, rooms were clean and simple, and the hotel seemed to be well maintained. I liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. Parking can be difficult but there are garages nearby."

"The lobby area is great, so we're the staff. Rooms are relatively small but comfortable. Bed was quite soft, bathroom had no exhaust fan so it got steamy very quickly. The location was superb and the value for money exceptional. This wasn't our first stay here and it won't be the last!"
