"The bed was so comfortable and the room was beautiful. Despite arriving late from our flight in, staff were ready for us and very welcoming. Room service meal was delicious and served beautifully. Luxury and comfort in such a convenient location."

"Great location. Close to the train station and shopping. Quite street right on a canal. Strange set up for bathroom. We had to go down a very narrow and steep staircase to get to the bathroom. I could not stand straight up in the shower. Breakfast was good, but not much of a selection."

"Great location. Staff was warm and friendly. The hotel restaurant was decent. Breakfast buffet was a bit spendy at $40pp. Same with parking at $47 per night. Appreciated they allowed pets. The rooms were old and dated. Hallway walls marked up, rooms were dated, furnishings worn. For $450 a night; I was expecting something more updated. I guess they are undergoing renovations but not in our area of the hotel."
