Nestled near the Lonsdale Quay, this unique fully furnished FLOATING suite sits at the Mosquito Creek Marina, North Vancouver, BC.

Mosquito Creek Marina is a secured gated community that overlooks downtown Vancouver, Stanley Park and has picturesque views of the local North Shore mountains.

Walking distance to the sea bus which takes you to downtown Vancouver, Lonsdale Quay where there is lots of food, shops, fun and entertainment.

Minutes drive or walk to local tourist attractions, beaches, local mountains and nature walks.

This brand new modern suite includes all new appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and gas fireplace. Free WIFI. Smart televisions in both living and bedroom. Bedroom has queen bed and living room has queen pullout couch.

Shared laundry (upon request) and secured private entrance on side of the home.

Note: parking is not included, however there is pay parking in the Marina secured lot adjacent to the property and pay parking in unsecured gravel lot (Indigo Parking). There is also 2hr free street parking around the Marina.

The location, property and host were all excellent. It was just as nice, if not nicer than the photos provided. It was such a great and unique location. We enjoyed watching the seals, checking out the marine leaf including starfish and the bike paths. The only thing that could have made it better, is if we could have stayed longer! Great place!

Great place in a cool location! Host was wonderful and communication was easy. Location was 10 min walk to Seabus station where you can take a 10 min ferry to downtown Vancouver. traffic in Vancouver is crazy so this was easy and cheap way to go vs driving or ride share options.

The easy way to enjoy Vancouver!

Such a fun stay, perfect location! It’s across the harbor from the hustle and bustle of downtown but right next to the SeaBus terminal so you might as well be downtown. Quieter, easy to move around, and just feels so much more comfortable! Don’t hesitate, book this floating escape!

Sweet Little Floating Home in North Vancouver

Fantastic location, house, and communications. My husband and I were on vacation, and the thought of a floating house appealed to both of us. The house itself was small but well-appointed for visitors. When a storm came through, Marilyse checked on us and our comfort level. The gentle rocking and rolling were conducive to great sleep, but be aware it's similar to a houseboat with additional squeaking and sounds from the mooring. Overall a fantastic experience that met our expectations and people who enjoy being on the water.

A little getaway

We were in town for a quick visit with our daughter. This sweet floating home seemed like a fun way to stay in the area. It didn’t disappoint. It was small but mighty, having all necessities required for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, we used the pullout for my daughter and it was ok. It’s in a great location! Walking path right alone the water. A short stroll to the Quay, which is a great place for exploring and dining. We will definitely be keeping it in mind for another stay, but longer next time for sure. The only thing I’d recommend would be some info for guests. I always enjoy a book with ideas for dining or sights in the area. Marilyse was awesome getting back to us with information! We’d highly recommend her beautiful home!

Quiet floating haven

We were in Vancouver for the marathon and this was a great place to stay. 10 minutes walk to the ferry and restaurants at Lonsdale Quay, we could sit by the water and watch the seals play. The unit is well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable.
