They surprised me with a free room upgrade and even sent up a bottle of champagne to celebrate — such a thoughtful touch! The staff went above and beyond to make the day feel extra special. The room was beautiful, the views were stunning, and every detail was perfect. I truly felt pampered and appreciated. Thank you, Fairmont, for making my birthday unforgettable. "Nice boutique hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Good location for us but this downtown neighbourhood has declined. Easy walk to many restaurants and shops. Delicious cookies in the room. Small lobby, Unloading zone on busy street. $25/night safe clean underground parking but located across the street. "

"Front desk staff very friendly as was the shuttle driver. Comfy bed. Room was rather plain and austere. Tiny bathroom. Good central location and the shuttle service was greatly appreciated."
