"This is a lovely cottage with beautiful backyard view of the river. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces both in am with our coffee and the evening at sunset.There is plenty of space and the kitchen is very well equipped. Had everything one could possibly need. The hosts are very kind when we spoke to them directly before our trip to ask a few questions. This is a home they care about deeply and it shows!The cute town called fishtown is walkable and we enjoyed shopping and a very nice dinner at the restaurant on the river!Thank you for a lovely experience!"

"Great place to stay to get around Leland and the entire peninsula. The house is in an excellent location for a morning walk, shopping and beach access. It’s the perfect size for a couple. Just enough space. We enjoyed our time."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Stone Cottage! It is in a perfect neighborhood providing gorgeous surroundings for walks, including an easy walk to downtown Leland/ Fishtown and access to a beautiful & secluded beach. The cottage was extremely clean and very comfortable; it was stocked with all you would need, and some special touches in soaps and linens. I actually loved the soaps and bought the same ones when I got home! The bedding was especially nice, and the king bed mattress was the one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Would highly recommend a stay here!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a last minute spot which is challenging up north in the summer! This place worked well for our needs (adults and some very little kids). The website pictures were confusing though, so for future travelers... It is some stairs to the main floor with a kitchen and eating area, bathroom, living room, another little sitting area (futon couch in the pictures) right off of that which is open to everything else - so not ideal for using as a sleeping spot, and a master bed and bathroom. Upstairs - 2 bedrooms and bathroom, basement - living area and a bedroom with bathroom. The main floor could use much more lighting in the living room - it was dark even during the day. But otherwise it was a nice spot, everything was clean, kitchen adequately stocked etc. Walking into town was nice."

"Impressions: beautiful view, very clean, ample parking, easy check in, very pleasant manager, 5 minutes to Leland, 15 minutes to Sutton’s Bay. We stayed here for a week in August for a family reunion. The house was perfect for our family. 7 adults and 4 children/ toddlers. The manager texted me a few days before check in to see if I had any questions. She gave me her number in case I had problems. I guess the BBQ died the week before, but she arranged and delivered a brand new BBQ for our week. Can’t say enough nice things about this rental."
