In the heart of the famous village of Varenna Fiumelatte.
The apartment develops around a living room, where natural light filters through the large windows that overlook the garden porch. The living room leads to the sleeping area, where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people, thanks to the double bed and the sofa bed in the living room.
The house has a covered garage, but nearby there are also several free parking lots along the road that goes up to the residence.
The strong point of the apartment is definitely the private garden with a view of Bellagio, and the strategic position for moving along the entire coast of Lake Como between Lecco and Colico.

The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . The apartment was as pictured and the terrace was lovely. There was no air conditioning but even more so no real windows/cross breeze so was very hot despite fans and it being cool outside. I'd booked for Varenna to be close to the town but this was 4km away so had to drive in and parking was super limited changing my plans several days.
