"The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage. "

"Loved this property. In the middle of the action! staff was soooo friendly and gave great local recommendations, especially Areti! One thing was no parking, as this is in a pedestrian area, but we parked at a structure a couple minute walk away."

Onsite parking was a big plus, and we never had trouble finding a spot. Service was excellent, especially thanks to Petros. But our absolute favourite part? The sweet house dog! "
