"This property is such a hidden gem. The staff, the property and location is simply fantastic. I definitely will be staying here again in the future. This place should be sold out 100 percent of the time. Great end to our holiday vacation trip to Greece. 5 stars and more all around."

"Theta is a fine place to stay, very near the Atki Miaouli (nice places for breakfast) and an easy walk to all the sights, without being surrounded by tour groups. Very comfortable room, with a fine bathroom. "

"Wonderful hotel in terms of staff (who were so helpful and friendly), location (a few minutes walk to the harbour and old town which are magical) and hotel amenities. Breakfast selection was very good and whilst the pool area is small, we had no problem getting a sun bed when we wanted. We booked two premium rooms (as travelling with our daughter) which were very nice, were given complimentary bottles of water daily, as well as toiletries being replenished. The only downside was that we couldn’t use our balconies, as across the narrow street opposite a large building was being renovated."
"A warm and welcoming local hotel. Very spacious rooms and authentically charming. The opposite of a corporate hotel. Located in the heart of the old town. Important note; there is no parking near any hotel in the old town. Street parking is a 15 minute walk"

"The staff kept the rooms clean and their breakfast every morning was outstanding. The staff were smiling always and the architecture of the room (secreto) was worth every penny. "
"We loved our stay at Sansal, it’s a close walk to everything in the area including the beach and Chania Old Town. The pool was a highlight for us and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend! "
"Good breakfast, clean rooms and a modern build with a friendly staff. Overall great stay. Only wish a full single bed was provided and not two twins side by side."
"Great location right on the harbor near everything you will need to see and terrific restaurants all around. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing! You definitely should stay here while in Chania!"
