"Good customer service "

"This hotel certainly comes in handy for travelers with early flights out of MXP. I stayed here the night before an early flight in April 2026. The hotel has direct access to Terminal 1 which is where a majority of international flights depart from. The pool and fitness center are great. I had a delicious lunch at Il Canneto (on site restaurant) and ordered room service for dinner which was delivered very quickly. One minor caveat is that the rooms can get a bit warm during certain times of the day due to the sun reflecting off the many large glass windows."

"Great place near the airport. Easy shuttle service for early morning flight. The rooms were clean and comfy. The restaurant was convenient . Over all it was a pleasant stay. "

"Clean room, great breakfast & air conditioning. Front desk was very kind! Only thing we had trouble was with the wifi - we stayed on the 5th floor so it just didn't seem to reach. It worked well on the main floor. "

"We had two great nights at the Urban Hive although we didn't eat there. It was in a great location and the amenities were good. "
