Fire up the grill! Our outdoor space features a BBQ grill with four burners and a side burner, perfect for cooking up burgers, steaks, or seafood. All grilling utensils are provided—just bring your favorite ingredients and enjoy outdoor dining Florida-style.

Inside, the home features three cozy bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 8 guests, including a queen-sized pull-out couch in the living area. For families traveling with little ones, a pack-and-play is available.

There are two kitchens in the home—ideal for larger groups or multi-family stays. One is a fully stocked main kitchen, and the second is part of a spacious hangout area that includes a kitchenette, dining table, and ping-pong table—perfect for meals, games, and casual lounging.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If your stay falls on a Tuesday/Wednesday you must place trash bin (Green Container) at the curb Tuesday night for a Wednesday morning pickup.
Once trash is picked up by the city place bin back into fenced area at the left side of the house. Guests who does not follow this rule and stay falls on Tuesday/Wednesday will be charged a $50 fee.
Respect neighbors and quiet hours.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Perfect location

Our family enjoyed our stay. Minutes away from Venice beach. 45 minutes from Siesta Keys. Pool was perfect for our kids. Clean and plenty of necessities provided for your stay!
