"We would use this location again! Our comments are just feedback to the owners and suggestions to prospective visitors.Pros:- The layout and appliances were exactly as described. It is a great house for a 6-person family to share, especially if you have younger kids. Our group had 5 adults use it comfortably.- Location was close to Safeway for grocery trips.- Dish soap, laundry soap, and basic bathroom products were provided. Towels were provided. A few coffee pods and tea packets were provided.- Neighborhood was a calm, quiet location.- Hot water was super fast to receive at all the spigots/outlets.- Great location for visiting the Monterey Aquarium, coastal trails, pine forest hiking, shopping, visiting farm stands, etc.Cons:- The backyard planter boxes had not been used for more than a year, so it was disappointing when compared to the photos. The only thing growing was a grape and a voluntary wild CA cucumber vine.- The BBQ grill would not heat up past 212 degrees Fahrenheit.- The dishwasher was missing all the track wheels for the bottom rack, which led to a lot of finagling when loading the machine and prepping the wash cycle.- The shower was a bit strange in that the head was super high to reach (our 5’1” member could not reach it, so be aware of this detail if you are petite sized). The bath tub filler control knob was stuck on the shower head diverter the whole time. The spray protector along the side wall was loose and hanging in place by sheer will."

"I picked the hotel for having a pool. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I stayed only for one night, arriving very late in the evening and departed early in the morning. SO, I did not have a chance to try the pool for lap swimming. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the rooms looked as clean and well-maintained as the pictures depicted. The area was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and room amenities were sufficient. I had an issue with airport cab, requiring payment in cash. I was short $5, which the hotel staff kindly offered to loan. I recommend the hotel to anyone who seeks an affordable lodging arrangement"

"The house was conveniently located and clean inside. The beds were comfortable and our group enjoyed the flexible sized dining room table. The kitchen could use more available items like cookie sheets, serrated knives, cutting boards, paper towels, large platters and bowls, storage containers, more cutlery and a large frying pan.The play structure and trampoline were super fun and could use a good cleaning. The front patio and laundry facilities were amazing! (One of the washer doors is broken).We had a great stay and with just a few improvements this house could charge almost double"
