"Clean rooms great staff"

"Bathroom shower had mold. Refrigerator dirty and didnt cool. Bathtub clogged. Paint around baseboard had paint on the floor. Would not go there again."

"I love this property! It's definitely a must if you're traveling to this area. Listening to the ocean waves at night is the best. I'll be a forever guest here. And dog friendly!!!! My Shaka enjoyed himself as well. . ."

"Despite the listing saying it is 24 hours front desk—what they actually have is a virtual call box that calls someone random from elsewhere. They make you scan your face which I did not want to do but it was late and we had to check in. They claim free parking but do not actually have many spots and tell you you can just park at the breakfast spot next door (sus!). The walls are very thin and the bed is hard and extremely creaky. The people who own this place are around but won’t do check in, just come out to scold you on where to park. Should have read the bad reviews honestly."

"Its amazing! Make sure to bring extra towels and blankets because the lodge is literally 5 minutes from the beach. Great stay if you enjoy going to the beach and great Mexican restaurant plus everything is so close by like target and fastfood restaurant are less than 5 minutes away. Great location!"

"The property was VERY clean, and we even thanked the cleaning person when we left. It's super close (very walkable- a block and a half) to a great park. The negatives: the backyard doesn't have the fire pit as shown in listing, the dryer was having issues with the hose not being attached to the wall, the instruction sheets conflicted on if we needed to take the garbage to the street and if we had to strip beds (we did). Overall decent place, lovely neighborhood, great location in Seaside. "

"The view from the backyard is very beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I like the modern decor. Big nice kitchen!The homes are older homes but sweet. The bed is the master bedroom was our main issue. The mattress was horrible, it was very thin, it felt like sleeping on a boxspring. My husband and I both woke up sore and agreed the mattress was horrible. We called and let the company know but they said nothing could be done. We switched to another bedroom and it was better, not great but not as bad. The couch is also not comfortable, it's modular so pieces are coming apart as you are trying to watch a movie with the family. "
